KAD Creative is a creative architecture and design studio that creates unique spaces and the most effective materials for marketing and presenting projects.
We combine architectural design with visual storytelling, supporting the customer at all stages: from in-depth analysis of the site to holistic architectural solutions and visualizations that make an impression.
We believe that architecture begins with an idea, and a well-formulated and qualitatively presented idea is the key to its implementation.
History of creation
The idea of creating a studio arose as a response to an internal need to rethink architectural practice: to make it deeper, more creative, open to the world. After 6+ years of working in design offices and participating in international architectural initiatives, Ivan Kucherenko, an architect educated in Kyiv and Germany, took the first step towards realizing the idea.
In 2022, KAD Creative was created as an independent studio that combines architectural design, urbanism, environmental design, and visual communications. The main goal is not just to create buildings, but to work with meanings, space, and impressions. From the very beginning, the studio was conceived as a multidisciplinary team — a place where clients’ ideas are transformed into thoughtful concepts, and then into professionally implemented projects with strong visual support.
Today, KAD Creative is a team of architects, designers, and visualizers working on projects in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
